Pretoria Portland Cement (Pty) Ltd is applying for environmental authorisation for the Secondary Materials Co-processing Programme at five of their cement manufacturing plants across the country. The final Environmental Impact Assessment and Specialist reports for four plants (De Hoek, Dwaalboom, Port Elizabeth and Slurry) can be downloaded from this page. The Record of Decision has been received for PPC Hercules.
